Her 21 years of real estate experience have led her to transform the lives of countless clients and rising professionals in the industry. Simply put, Teal is a solution-oriented high achiever who deeply cares for the success of others! 


Teal’s career path has developed as a series of rising achievements. Partnering with one of Maryland’s most productive real estate investors, Teal built a new real estate team from formation. In only 14 months, that team ranked as one of the Keller Williams MD/DC region’s top producing teams.  Together, this team sold 372 homes for a volume of $72 million in 2018. This accomplishment gained Teal a seat in the Gary Keller Mastermind which is reserved for the top 100 agents of over 150,000 at Keller Williams.


In 2019, Teal decided to do it again. She stepped away from the thriving investment team to build her own. Another fast launch emerged as Teal took this team from brand new to 100 homes sold in 12 months. In less than two years, the Teal Clise Group of eXp Realty earned a ranking as RealTrends America’s Best – the top 1.5% of real estate pros nationwide.

In service to Keller Williams’ fastest growing launching (0-3 years old) Market Center,  Teal formed the brokerage’s first ever Productivity Coaching program, a program designed to guide new and rising professionals to increase their production so they were able to achieve their financial and professional goals.  Teal also led as the Keller Williams Legacy Market Center Administrator, overseeing the financial operations of Maryland’s number one individual office by agent count, units sold and dollar volume sold which averaged $600 million dollars in annual revenue.

What led Teal to call Keller Williams Legacy home was a stint on the #1 real estate team in the U.S.  With this team, Teal sold 43 homes in her first year in resale real estate, consistently ranking as a team top producer.  After some time with this team, Teal had a burning curiosity to understand how to build her own real estate business, found the blueprint and tools to do so at the highest level, and fell in love with “building stuff”. 

As to the 11 years in real estate that led up to Teal’s time in brokerage, she mastered the foundations of the business in new construction.  During Teal’s time with two national home builders, she held roles in contracts, sales, mortgage and title. As a loan officer, Teal was one of the company’s top performers nationally, closing $50 million in loans annually. 

Teal is a Maryland native.  She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration completed with summa cum laude honors. She has a small family of amazing human beings who love America and the outdoors. In her spare time she’s sitting on her porch thinking about what she can build next and creating a 2026 freedom plan.
